As we have always stated, we never intended to ask you to donate your cash. However, we have tried every alternative that we can think of to avoid going down this route and the simple fact is that they do not work!

The problem is that T-Shirts that don't sell and adverts that don't get clicked on do not pay the bills!

Cash, however, does!

What we propose is simple:

• We will provide a running total of donations each month and, should we go over our monthly target of £1,250, we will carry it over into the next month
  
  
• Should we get to the end of any 3 month period and have any surplus funds then we will invest it into two areas as follows:
  
  
  • 50% will be spent on extra writers, technology and content to improve the site.
  • 50% will be given back to the donors of the first £100,000, however long it may take to receive that amount! This ensures that, if you choose to donate, you will get a stake in the site's fortunes too.
    
    
• Should we make a profit from any income other than through donations (e.g. advertising, merchandise, videos etc.), then this will also be split 50% into improving the site and 50% to the stakeholders (as above, those that donate the first £100,000.)

So, I guess the question is simple:

"Is Start The Revolution valuable to you?"

If reading and using the site is educational, informative, just fun, and/or valuable in some way then please help to support us until we grow big enough to entirely support ourselves and maybe even make a profit, 50% of which can then be handed back to you. Whatever you can do will be noted, appreciated, and counted!

£1 per month? £2? £5? £10? More?

The choice is yours, we have already made our choice and running Start The Revolution is what we choose to do.

We do not do this because we HAVE to but because we WANT to and we want to keep going, finding the truth, examining the laws, watching the politicians and exposing their lies through their own words and actions...

And we want to get better at it!

We have a long list of things that we want to do with the site to improve the service that we offer and, without these donations, the site cannot continue to exist let alone grow.

We are only asking people to give what they can afford to spare but we would ask that you download, print and distribute our poster, our petition and, if you can, download our video Bit Torrent "The UK In A Nutshell" and distribute it as widely as you can!
